The Inspector/Firm by purchasing this Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document) agrees to the terms listed below in its entirety. 

This use agreement is between Inspection Training LLC (Owner) and Inspector/Firm. 

The following agreement is between Owner and Inspector/Firm for the Inspector/Firms use of a copyright known as Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document) © 2018 Inspection Training LLC. 

For the sum of two hundred fifty dollars, Inspector/Firm is purchasing the use of the above titled Pre-Inspection Agreement for their sole use. Inspector/Firm agrees that this right of use cannot be sold, transferred, assumed etc., by the Inspector/Firm without the expressed written consent of the Owner of the copyright - Inspection Training LLC. The Inspector/Firm agrees that the Document will not be modified in whole or in part by the Inspector/Firm unless modified by a qualified attorney. This Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document) can and will be transferred for use to others for their use only by permission of Inspection Training LLC. Inspector/Firm understands that the Owner is not transferring ownership of the copyright but is allowing the Agreement to be used by the Inspector/Firm for their use as a Home Inspector/Firm. 

Inspector/Firm agrees that at the Inspectors/Firms own cost, this Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document) should be looked at now and from time to time by a qualified Attorney for regulatory and legal compliance. The Inspector should always consult with an Attorney regarding this Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document) before putting it into use. 

The Inspector/Firm agrees to hold the Owner – Inspection Training LLC, principals, spouse, members, heirs, and anyone else harmless for any claim, dispute, etc., regarding the use of this document and costs that may be incurred. 

Any dispute concerning the interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved informally between the parties (mediation) or by arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the locally recognized Arbitration Association. 

Inspector/Firm further agrees that the Owner’s liability for errors, omissions, and consequential damages is limited to the refund of all fees paid and agrees to immediately accept a refund of the fees paid as full settlement for any claims which may ever arise from this agreement, or the Pre-Inspection Agreement (Document). If this clause is exercised, Inspector/Firm agrees to immediately sign a release of full liability of the Owner upon presentation.
