Use agreement between Inspection Training LLC (Owner) and (Inspector in training).

The following agreement is between Owner and Inspector in training for the Inspector in training use of a copyright known as Report Checklist for Parallel Training (Document) © 2018 Inspection Training LLC.

By purchasing this document, the Inspector in Training agrees to accept all terms of this Use Agreement listed below in its entirety.

For the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, Inspector in training is purchasing the use of the above titled Document for their sole use. Inspector in training agrees that this right of use cannot be sold, transferred, assumed etc., by the Inspector in training without the expressed written consent of the Owner of the copyright - Inspection Training LLC. The Inspector in training agrees that the Document will not be allowed to be used by any licensed Home Inspector for use with other inspectors in training. This (Document) can and will be transferred for use to others for their use only by permission of Inspection Training LLC. Inspector in training understands that the Owner is not transferring ownership of the copyright but is allowing the Document to be used by the Inspector in training for their use as an outline for their Parallel Inspection Reports only.

The Inspector in training agrees to hold the Owner – Inspection Training LLC, principals, spouse, members, heirs, and anyone else harmless for any claim, dispute, etc., regarding the use of this document and costs that may be incurred.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved informally between the parties (mediation) or by arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the locally recognized Arbitration Association.

Inspection Training LLC. Is allowing the Inspector in training only the use of this Report Checklist for Parallel Training and BOTR Submittals and will not copy or transfer in any manner to anyone other than those assisting the Inspector in training with BOTR submittals.
